From outdated to optimized

Despite consistent online revenue growth, Pet Supplies Plus’ old commerce platform was struggling to keep up due to numerous inefficiencies and was becoming costly to maintain.  

Key challenges included: 


Lack of personalization & order management: The outdated system couldn’t support tailored experiences . 

Poor site performance: Slow load times, clunky navigation, and frequent site downtime led to frustrated customers. 

Security vulnerabilities: Outdated code exposed potential security risks, as well as lowered digital accessibility scores.  

Limited scalability: A fragmented system made CRM and content management difficult across a growing franchise network.
