Job Overview: 
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our HR strategies across India locations. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with strong analytical abilities, superior communication skills, and a refined art of negotiation to ensure the best outcomes for employees and the organization. We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, highly skilled, logical Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate is collaborative, hardworking, confident, articulate, demonstrates conviction in their ideas, with the ability to seamlessly engage and collaborate with diverse employees. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on HR best practices, employee relations, and organizational development. 
  • Support the Jaipur location by promoting, communicating, and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.  
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining influential relationships by partnering with leadership and advocating for employees, fostering a culture of openness, trust, integrity, and collaboration. 
  • Provide HR guidance to line managers on complex employee issues, performance management, and career development plans.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and HR strategies. 
  • Perform daily HR operations functions for a group of 100+ employees, including employee engagement, onboarding and offboarding, talent management, performance reviews, and career development while ensuring strong communication and engagement across the team. 
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation skills when navigating employee compensation, benefits discussions, conflict resolution, and organizational change efforts. 
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and tracking HR metrics. 
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry standards. 
  • Lead initiatives to promote a diverse, inclusive, and accessible workplace. 
  • Facilitate clear, transparent, and effective communication across all levels of the organization. 
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and programs, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar, with proven success in fast-paced, dynamic, technology environments. 
  • Proven experience independently managing HR activities for a group of 100+ employees. 
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills – articulate, vocal, and persuasive with the ability to present ideas clearly to influence decisions. 
  • Prosocial. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels, across generations, and diverse teams. 
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, act with integrity, think strategically, problem-solve, and lead change initiatives. 
  • Experience conducting market research and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. 
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. 
  • Experience and working knowledge of HRIS including GreytHR (expected) and Paylocity (preferred but not required).
