We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our sales team as a New Business Support Coordinator. This role will collaborate across sales, alliances, operations, and enablement to support performance, measurement, and improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage pre-sales requests, coordinate activities, and track key metrics to drive sales performance. This role requires a motivated, organized individual with strong communication skills.
What you’ll do:
- Monitor and assign intake for pre-sales resource requests
- Assist in project coordination for sales activities and pursuits
- Manage input, tracking of, and reporting on the metrics on which our alliance partnerships are measured, including opportunities & associated MDF/ACV; projects & CSAT; and team certifications
- Assist with communication and guidance around sales processes, tools, resources, and best practices
- Support reporting efforts by making sure data is clean, reliable, and aligned with team needs. Help maintain the accuracy and completeness of sales data by identifying gaps, flagging inconsistencies, and tracking down missing or incorrect information
- Support the team in pricing and estimating activities, including assisting with documentation and tracking as needed
- Support development and maintenance of repeatable processes and artifacts that meet the requirements of the sales teams
- Assist in the maintenance of organization-wide repository of reusable sales artifacts, case studies, and assets
- Coordinate, manage, and track relevant training and growth opportunities for sales teams including partner webinars, certifications, internal team knowledge transfer, etc.
Who you are:
- Experienced with core elements of selling tools including SalesCloud, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc., and Microsoft Office products
- Collaborative, proactive, and great at building and nurturing relationships across teams and leadership levels (sales, delivery, operations, etc.)
- An excellent communicator (written and oral) with great interpersonal skills
What you bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a professional work environment
- Prior pre-sales and sales operations experience is ideal
- Comfortable managing multiple requests and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work across teams that span a variety of disciplines and organizational levels to gather applicable inputs to work products
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

The pay range for this full-time position is $58,000 to $78,000 per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on the posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position across all US locations as of the date of this posting. Within the range, actual offered compensation is dependent upon the individual’s work location and additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training, internal equity among the team, and applicable employment laws. Please note the compensation details in the US role posting reflects base salary only and doesn’t include discretionary performance bonus or other incentives (if applicable).
