JOB POSITION: Quality Assurance Consultant

LOCATION: 1660 Highway 100 South, Suite 200, Saint Louis Park, MN 55416

DUTIES: Project Work delivery (90%): develop software solutions by analyzing user needs and applying implementation and technical expertise in Salesforce through Agile phases of development model; capture business requirements from internal stakeholders and translate for team members; execute configuration-based tasks and engage in building and QA of emails in Content Builder and Configuring Marketing Cloud Journeys, including decision splits and engagement splits and automations; engage in QA automations and QA data extensions; review software design, change specifications, and plans against contractual and/or process requirements; engage in testing, data loading and modeling, and documentation; write AMPscript code and basic SQL queries and set up data extensions; engage in Testing Process builder, Flows and other custom features of Sales, Service and Community clouds; tools and technologies utilized: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WYSYWIG, HTML, AMPscript code, SQL, Windows, Java, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, JIRA, Salesforce Org, ASP.Net, C#, and .Net. Practice Development (10%): articulate practice capabilities, offerings and value propositions; contribute to practice thought leadership and offerings; participate in practice events and trainings (internal or external); stay current on technical learning and trends.

REQUIREMENTS: At least a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline, and two [2] years of experience in software development and engineering, including analysis, design, and testing, conducting training on software development, and utilizing SQL, ASP.Net, C#, .Net, HTML, Microsoft Excel, and Java.
